Meet The FUSE Team

MEET

Tanya Brown

I am a co director and drumming tutor here at FUSE Drumming. I started drumming in 2012 and haven’t looked back! Our programme is so much fun and I am always impressed by the ability of students to learn quickly and gain the self confidence to perform. I’m passionate about giving everyone the opportunity to experience drumming in the same way I do, who doesn’t love drumming!

MEET

Carl Homersham

I am a co director and tutor for FUSE Drumming. I taught drums for many years to all ages through several schools. 10 years ago I started teaching Stomp Drumming which led to FUSE Drumming, and its grown from nothing to more than something! I am passionate about performing arts and seeing FUSE allowing students to develop their drumming skills and creativity in a fun group environment and having the chance to share that with the rest of the world, both publically through performances and through youtube and social media.

MEET

Harrison Smith

Hi, I’m Harrison, a drumming tutor at FUSE Drumming. I am a passionate musician and enjoy playing guitar, bass, drums, and of course buckets! As a tutor, I love supporting our young students by aiming to create a fun and engaging learning environment. As a Fuse Drumming tutor, I love being part of such a creative platform for learning.

MEET

Jeremy Hantler

I am a strong educator and musician born in Christchurch, raised in Hamilton, trained in Wellington, and tested in Auckland before settling in the sunny Bay of Plenty. I work with the advanced FUSE groups and come to the company with new ideas and a wealth of enthusiasm.
